Sadly, agreements being sealed by a simple ‘handshake’ and ‘tip of the cap’ just don’t seem to cut it with our credit card company or our bank. Therefore, we have to make you aware they say with a few official lines and notices below, which will help clarify our position when ordering with us, and will prevent ugly disputes. We think you’ll find the information below perfectly normal – but do check:
Please note that placing and verifying your order and submitting payment through our website contracts you legally to make your purchase, and bonds us legally to supply you with the goods or services you have requested. We ONLY offer refunds on genuinely *faulty goods.
*Faulty goods: Does not include accidental or wilful damage, neglect, water damage, loss or theft.
After we have been given reasonable time to address and understand the nature of the problem, we may offer a replacement of the defective item for you if the product is still within the 1 year warranty period.
There is a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from date of order, after which there is no cancellation option after an order has been submitted and the payment made.
Your order will be shipped to you, normally within 3 days of your order being placed and paid-for, however Stafford Tri will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Until we have a well oiled supply process, there may be an initial delay in supply. Please be patient and we will keep you informed.
All orders are shipped using a ‘signed for’ type service unless the order is virtual as in a membership purchase. You should anticipate arrival of your order within approximately 7 working days or within 48 hours for virtual orders.
Claims for loss or damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods in writing. Please examine your delivery carefully. The processing of a claim for whatever reason will be discussed on an individual basis in a timely manner.
Payments you make to us for your purchase(s) will appear as a transaction on your credit card statement as “StaffordTri”. We are NOT connected to any other party of any similar name, remembering that the purchase is for your product and services from us, Stafford Tri.
Your credit card/debit card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction for your purchase with us.
If you have a billing query, we will only go back and question 2 prior months for you. It is your responsibility to act in a proper, timely and responsible manner with your payments.
Stafford Tri is committed to confidentiality in the handling of all Customer data received. SSL encryption is employed to protect sensitive data. We do NOT keep your credit card information on any filing system, electronic or paper.
We advise strongly that you should print out all transaction data made with us and keep it at an easily accessible, yet safe place.
